Elektron Digitone and Torso S4 are amazing for ambient weirdness

Hey friends,

What happens when you run the Torso S-4 through the Elektron Digitone, and hit record with no expectations? That's what Mordio and I did in his studio during my Superbooth Berlin visit. The result is a 17-minute ambient jam that explores the stranger, slower corners of sound, which I personally really enjoy.

We didn't come up with your typical ambient background music – it's textured, evolving, and at times a little weird. Performed live, no post-processing, just two nerds drifting off into the unknown. Are you drifting with us?

Jamming with other people is something I'm truly enjoying recently - it brings you out of your comfort zones and into new territories, as you have to interact with a real person besides you. Those of you with band experiences know that really well. What about you? Are you jamming with other people or are you more a lone wolf in music production?

Have a lovely day,

Miles
